I’m Aurelie KV
I am a hypnotherapist, spiritual life coach, RTT® practioner, NLP coach, TLT® practioner. I am also mum to two little boys, I love traveling, personal development and spiritual growth.
I am passionate about helping people transforming their mind so they can transform their life and live the life they have always dreamt of, their life of freedom.

How do I know I am ready to go ahead and heal myself?
When you are driving your car and you see a flashing signal on the dashboard you might decide for a while to keep driving. But eventually you will have to deal with it, either you will have enough of seeing the flashing or hearing the beeping sound reminding you endlessly that there is something wrong and that you need to do something about it. Or worse the car will stop in the middle of the road one day.
Of course your logical mind right now is thinking I would deal with it straight away. But your emotional mind often keeps you from taking action, trying to keep you safe and wanting to protect you from suffering.
But now you realise that the consequences of not dealing with the cause of the flashing signal in the first place will eventually cause even bigger problems.
So yes, stopping the car when the flashing signal appears on the dashboard will cause you to be late somewhere and yes, it means getting your hands dirty to open the car’s bonnet and look under it for what is not working properly and you might even get your finger pinched or scratch your skin in the process and of course no one likes feeling little pain and discomfort but when you know that it is to get your car back on the road more efficiently, running smoothly and for longer then you look at the bigger picture and it’s all worth the small momentary discomfort. Isn’t it?
Alternatively, you can also tell that you are ready to go through the healing path when the steps to heal seem less painful to take than experiencing the situation you are in.

What is the healing process likely to be like?
The first step is to realise that you have a choice and then find the courage and/or inspiration to make that choice. (You are not alone, the therapist is there to support you and guide you through the process.)
When you have made the decision to deal with an undesired feeling or symptom, at first you are likely to feel it more as you are dealing with it and focusing on it. Eventually though, you will give it the attention and care it has been needing for a long time and this is precisely how you will free yourself permanently from the pain and discomfort. You may even experience physical signs, such as fatigue, thirst, etc. as the mind/body is going through a phase of cleansing. Just follow what your body needs.
What results can I expect from my session?
There are 3 ways you can experience results:
Some people see, feel and experience immediate change/transformation.
Some have the results come into their awareness gradually.
And for others, the results are only perceptible retroactively, when they look back after a while they notice they have become who they wanted to be or achieved what they wanted to achieve without noticing the actual process of transformation.
